Congleton Rugby Club's next AGM will be held at the clubhouse at 19.30 on Monday, 21st Sept. It is open to all Club Members.
The purpose of the AGM will be to:
- present the draft financial accounts and appoint auditors for the new season
- (re)elect club officials (see below)
- Review the 2025/26 season
- Look forward to the 2026/27 season (along with club strategy update)
- vote on any proposals submitted.

Election of Officials:
This year we invite nominations for the following roles (all of which have reached the end of their 3 year service period):
1. Club Treasurer
2. Club/Charity Secretary (note: the Treasurer & Secretary roles are also Trustees by default)
3. 4 additional Trustees.
