CRUFC's next AGM  will be held at the clubhouse at 19.30 on Monday, 16th Sept. A copy of the agenda and calling notice/nomination forms is attached.

Applications for the following posts are invited using the attached nomination form (open to all club members). Successful applicants will be confirmed at the AGM, by voting if required (i.e. where the number of nominations exceeds the vacant posts:

• Trustees (3 vacancies)
• Cheshire RFU representative.

A form is also available for the submission of resolutions to be discussed at the AGM, if required. All forms should be either handed in at the Clubhouse or emailed to companysecretary@congletonrufc.co.uk by no later than Friday 13th September.
