Attached is the calling notice for this year's AGM (to be held at the clubhouse on Monday 12 September at 19.30). This includes nomination forms for the vacant roles of:
- Chairman
- Trustees (4 vacancies)
- Club Secretary
- Charity Secretary
- Cheshire RFU representative.

Also attached is the AGM resolution proposal form for any items that members may wish to add to the AGM agenda, and a proxy voting form.
