The Board of Trustees has decided to introduce a new policy relating to the need for existing and prospective members to ensure that their annual subscriptions are paid promptly (i.e. ideally by 30 Sept but definitely before 31 Oct).

Failure to meet the stated deadline negatively impacts the club's ability to plan for and execute its objectives as well as prevents each playing section from achieving its goals.

Please read and share the policy widely so that all members can understand what is required of them and the consequences for non-adherence.
